Applications:
According to J-STD-033B , Moisture sensitivity SMD packages which are exposed to the air and exceed the floor life should be baked at 40°C and stored in <5%RH ambient to reset their floor life (see J-STD-033B table 4-1, 4-3). Our T40 is especially designed to fit for this requirement.

For example: If MSD parts Level 4,5 and 5a are exposed to the air for less than 8 hours, they should be stored in a dry cabinet to reset their floor life. However, if their exposure time is longer than 8 hours, the SMD packages must store at 40°C baking machine to reset the floor life to zero.
