Baking 40 degrees ≤5%RH Dry Cabinets T40
Applications:
According to J-STD-033B, Moisture sensitivity SMD packages which are exposed to the air and exceed the floor life should be baked at 40°C and stored in <5%RH ambient to reset their floor life (see J-STD-033B table 4-1, 4-3). Our T40 is especially designed to fit for this requirement.
For example: If MSD parts Level 4,5 and 5a are exposed to the air for less than 8 hours, they should be stored in a dry cabinet to reset their floor life. However, if their exposure time is longer than 8 hours, the SMD packages must store at 40°C baking machine to reset the floor life to zero.
Features:
The T40 Baking Cabinet has a double wall design to ensure it maintains a stable <5%RH and 40°C environment. This speeds up the evaporation rate of moisture from the components and RESETS their FLOOR LIFE.
According to J-STD-033B, using a T40 Series Baking Cabinet you are able to reset the floor life of a component. The T40 Serie is also able to prevent destruction and oxidation of components from heating. Compared to traditional high temperature ovens, baking dry cabinets have become the mainstream equipment used in the component baking process. When the heating function is turned off, the baking dry cabinet becomes a standard dry cabinet with ultra-low humidity. Moisture will not re-enter the component and it can be stored in the cabinet indefinitely.
